1. Client visits or calls the Jamaica Trade Board to request a license. Advice will be given to fill out the application online.
  2. Client completes and submits the application online to the Jamaica Trade Board Limited. 
  3. The application is reviewed by the Jamaica Trade Board.
  4. The application is sent to the Jamaica Development Dairy Board (JDDB) for Approval.
  5. The application is reviewed and assessed to ensure all relevant information is given. (Site Visit conducted)
  6. Send the response of Approval or other recommendations to the Jamaica Trade Board.
  7. The Client/Company then submits the application for an import permit through the Veterinary Service Division for processing.
  8. Veterinary Services Division then sends the permit Application form to JDDB for Approval after which approval or other recommendations are returned to the Veterinary Services Division.
  9. Both entities will communicate with the Client/Company.
