If the facility status is approved then: i) The exporter is advised of approval and advised to pay the certificate fee ii) Exporter receives notification of approval iii) Exporter pays the certificate fee iv) Payment is accepted and receipted issue v) Payment receipt is received vi) Packaging Facility certification letter prepared and provided to the exporter vii) Packaging Facility Authorization letter received If the facility status rejected then: i) Copy of checklist detailing deficiencies provided to the applicant ii) The exporter rectifies identified issues iii) Exporters should follow steps 1-5
