THE SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONES (AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS, 2018
 

THE SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONES ACT

 

In exercise of the power conferred upon the Minister, by section 49 of the Special Economic Zones Act, and every other power hereunto enabling, the following Regulations are hereby made:—

1.     These Regulations may be cited as the Special Economic Zones (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and shall be read and construed as one with the Special Economic Zones Regulations, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”)-

2.     The principal Regulations is amended by deleting the First Schedule and substituting therefor the following—

FIRST Schedule                        (Regulation 12(a),

19(2), 28(8). 36(1), 73(2) and 74(2))

Regulatory Fees

I. Annual SEZ developers licence fee

2.           Application for letter of authorisation for occupants

3.           Application for SEZ Developer Agreement for developers

4.            Application for Zone User authorization All other fees will be placed on the website”.
